Returns And Refunds
Bridport Health offers a 90 day money back guarantee from the date of original purchase.
The return request must be made within that period, requests made after that period cannot be processed.
To request a refund, we require you (the customer) to contact us at Support@Bridporthealth.com to arrange this.
Once confirmed, you will need to return the products to our facility. All products must be returned (opened or unopened ) to receive a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You will need to make sure the products are suitably protected in transit, as we cannot accept any stock back into our hub that has any obvious signs of damage. Please include a copy of the original packing slip or confirmation of your order number.
We also strongly advise that the package is shipped using a traceable shipping service and that is it insured against any loss in transit to cover the value of the purchase price as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, depending on how this is processed this may take an unspecified number of days as this is out of our control.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Opened products cannot be returned.
Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
f you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at https://www.bridporthealth.com/support
Sale Items (If Applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at https://www.bridporthealth.com/support and return your item to us.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Lost Or Stolen Packages
BRIDPORT HEALTH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, BRIDPORT HEALTH will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
